Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keltruck, Manheim, M-B Used CV section and trade associations are all at the show.

Tucked away at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC, in among the new widgets, state-of-the-art engines, and do-it-all semi-trailers is a fledgling group of exhibitors who aim to spread their wings and expand.

Last year used vehicle traders did well at the show so this year they're back at Birmingham, and with bigger stands.

Manheim Auctions was particularly active with just about all its management team in attendance. This year it will be hosting a live interactive auction on the stand and Manheim has several other launches proposed, but it's under wraps until the big day.

Also making a repeat appearance is independent Scania dealership Keltruck. Last year its stand concentrated on bodywork repair and modification; this year its senior management team, as well as the used sales team, will be taking a bigger role.

Among the manufacturers, only the UK arm of the German truck industry is planning to play a part this year.

Mercedes-Benz Used Commercial Vehicles will be attending, as will MAN Diesel (20-031) with news of its three-year contract hire deal.

The other exhibitor to look out for is the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association. Its members account for an awesome 2.5 million vehicles with an annual turnover of £.14bn. •
