Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

final examination I have to complete a special thesis—"A Study of the testing facilities of the Motor Industry Research Association and their value in the development of the motor vehicle".

I am having great difficulty in obtaining the material needed. Could you provide me with information on MIRA and the way tests are carried out on vehicles and components at its test ground ?

AMIRA exists to provide a proving ground for all types of vehicles under all conditions, and it has facilities to check all aspects of vehicle performance.

There is a 2.76-mile-long banked highspeed track to test high-speed stability and durability; a shorter inner track to test braking efficiency; a pave track to test suspension ; and a cross-country track to test rough terrain vehicles such as LandRovers.

Other facilities at MIRA include a onermilelong timing straight; one-mile-long acceleration straight; hills with slopes of 1 in 6, 5, 4, and 3 to test hill starting and climbing capacity and handbrake efficiency; a dust tunnel and a water splash to check sealing; and a series of corrugated tracks to check ride performance.

A special ride and handling course is used to check dynamic vehicle features such as oversteer or understeer.
