DRIVERS and conductors on Belfast buses are to receive bonus payments based on additional passengers carried, as an incentive to a more efficient system of operating.
The Corporation transport committee has decided to recommend the payment of bonuses, which could range from between 4s. to £2 16s. a week on the average pay packet.
