THE TRTA accounts for the year ended December 31 show a 12,716 deficit, as opposed to a budgeted surplus. This, says the Association's Activities 1966-67 report, was due partly to the effect of SET and partly to the economic situation which led to delays in the payment of many subscriptions. Adds the report:—
"Despite this setback, new members were recruited in good numbers and the Association is determined to continue with its expansionist policy."
