A spate of new vehicle launches in the run up to the Euro-6 2014 deadline means major truck manufacturers will make a return to the CV Show in 2013. Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Daf, lyeco, Volvo and Isuzu Truck will all be at the CV Show this April, many with new vehicles to show.
Renault's new truck lineup will make an appearance in June — too late to debut at the CV Show. However, its parent company Volvo will have its biggest-ever presence at the show, with a 1,000m2 stand and several trucks.
Van makers will also be represented: Ford, Citroen and Nissan will all have large stands at this year's event. Indeed, with more than 210 exhibitors signed up so far, Halls 4 and 5 are already close to full, with exhibitor bookings running 28% ahead of 2012.
"The 2013 Show will showcase one of the widest-ever range of exhibitors including the majority of the truck, trailer and van manufacturers, tyre specialists, telematics experts, tyre, hydraulic and lifting gear suppliers," said Geoff Dunning, chief executive of show partner the Road Haulage Association.
Free tickets to attend are now available online at cvshow.com.
• The CV Show takes place at the NEC on 9-11 April.
