Western and West Midlands traffic areas Bristol • Disciplinary action against Bicester-based TO, MJ and KC Hall, trading as KC Hall and Sons, will be considered by the TO at a PI on 5 February.
• Camberley-based Paul Smith, trading as PL Transport, will make a new application at a hearing on 6 February.
• On 8 February a PI will look at disciplinary action against John Dodden, based in Wellington.
Birmingham • CMB Solutions, based in Walsall, will make a variation application at a PI on 31 January. The TO will also consider disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the company's transport manager.
• Cannock-based Danielle Ruby Christine Bunce, trading as CBST, will submit a new application at a PI on 31 January. The repute of the transport manager will also be under consideration.
• An inquiry on 7 February will look at disciplinary action against Roger Howard Jones, trading as RHJ International Transport, based in Oswestry.
• Redditch-based Stephen Bourne, trading as HITS Transport, will submit a new application at a hearing on 7 February.
