Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

"INTERIOR stillness" is not a characteristic solely of convents and Marylebone station. It is, I am assured, to be found also in the bus shelters made by Mills and Allen. Like Coventry Cathedral, these splendid edifices make "a positive aesthetic contribution to the busy city centre scene". Protected from wind, rain and noise by "vandal resistant" (want to bet?) glazing, there is no better place in which to pray for a bus.
