Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FIRST Foden chassis to be produced by the Sandbach Engineering Company is scheduled to roll off the production line next Monday — February 2.

Paccar Inc, who took over the Cheshire company last year, claims that the vehicles will vary little from the chassis that Fodens were producing, with no radical redesign being planned.

Both the Foden nameplate and the famous "kite" symbol have been retained.

Sanclbach Engineering plans to start production at "a low level" turning out up to 15 chassis per week and building up as demand increases.

Though the company's total manufacturing capability is 120 chassis per week, managing director Hank Kiefer has stated that it would be a long time before that figure could be reached.

The first Foden to be produced by the new company is destined for the International Construction Equipment Exhibition at the NEC on February 23. It is a Gardner-engined Foden S10 Haulmaster 8x4 rigid fitted with FF20 rubber suspension.
