Omnibus Society in London this week, Mr. Norman H. Dean, president of the society for 1964, was introduced by Mr. E. L. Taylor, the retiring president. Mr. Dean, who is general manager of the Yorkshire Traction Co. Ltd., then gave his presidential address, choosing as his subject : "Tram and Bus Dzvelopmerit in the West Riding ". Arecord increase in the number of new members was reported, membership now standing at 859.
