Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• IMS says the Simalube automatic grease and oil dispenser can be adapted to suit almost every automotive application.

Lubricants available for use with this system include multipurpose greases, high-temperature, food-industry and biodegradable types. Non-standard greases can also be specified when required.

Capable of prov iding automatic lubrication for up to a year, without batteries or an electrical supply, the Simalube dispenser contains 125m1 of oil or grease and measures just 100mm high by 52mm in diameter. It weighs 190g and can be mounted on almost any lubrication point.

The unit is actuated by internal gas pressure acting on a piston. The pressure is maintained by small gas-generating dry cells housed in the top of the container, and the dispensers can be re-filled using a low-pressure grease pump.
