STATING that many people made the mistake of thinking that trolleybuses were cheaper to operate than motorbuses, Aid, J. Henson, chairman of Hull Transport Committee, said last week that the corporation's trolleybuses cost 2s. 70. per mile, compared with 2s. 4d. for motorbuses.
