DELEGATES representing London's 58,000 busmen failed to agree at a conference last week On the pay offer made by the London Transport Executive. They referred the matter to union branches, which will hold special meetings to discuss it.
It is understood that the Executive have raised their initial offer of an extra fis. fid. a week to 9s. 6d., on condition that adjustments are made in working hours.
