THE .East Midland Licensing Authority has allowed services from Kirk Hallam to Nottingham to be provided by Barton Transport. Ltd., and the Midland General Omnibus Co. Barton had a licence to do -so in 1953, but it was revoked after an appeal by Midland General.
The Barton service will by via Stanton and Ryecroft Estate, Stapleford, Midland General will run through Trowell Moor and Wollaton. Return fares will be Is. 9d. and workers' tickets ls. 5d., the single fare being ls.
