Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE PORTSMOUTH and Southampton branches of Pickfords Removals have new managers.

Michael Primmett, who now runs the Portsmouth depot, has been in the removals industry since he left school to help run his father's removals firm.

Primmett joined Pickfords as manager at Winchester in 1976, after having worked as a sales representative for White and Company — the South Coast removals firm which had taken over his fither's business.

Since joining Pickfords Primmett has held managerial posts at Chichester and Norwich as well as Portsmouth. In his new job he succeeds Mark Wallbank, who now heads the Southampton branch.

Wallbank, who joined the company in 1982, was trainee manager at Horsham and assistant manager at Hove before transferring to manage the Portsmouth branch.
