Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Ronco Sales Organisation of 81-89 East End Road, London, markets a 356mm (14in) high mobile step-stool that bodybuilders or repairers in particular may find useful. Called the Kik-step, it is fitted with spring-mounted castors that roll freely to allow it to be moved around the floor, but as soon as a foot is placed on the non-slip rubber treads the castors retract and the base ring grips the floor firmly.

The top platform is 280mm (11 in) in diameter and the frame of the stool is constructed from steel and is available finished in a number of colours.

Cost of the Kik-Step is £17.25 (plus carriage and VAT).
