THE Western Traffic Commissioners in their August 23 edition of "Notices mid Proceedings". have published an unusual announcement. It concerns the four journey return stage-carriage service between St. Columb Major and St. Columb Road, in Cornwall, and reads: "Applications are invited for a road service licence to provide this service which is being discontinued by Mr. F. W. J. Hammett on 31st August."
