Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Cheryl. Cole won't need to fight for her rates

MORE THAN 50% of removal firms have admitted they would help Cheryl Cole move out of her house free of charge.

Just 13% of removers say they would make Cole pay their full rates for her move from the £3.5m Surrey mansion she once shared with Ashley Cole, according to a survey by online backloads service Shiply.com.

The poll found 54% would do the job for free, while a third would offer a "substantial discount". However, 46% claimed their partners might be unhappy if they lowered their rates to work for the popstar.

Robert Matthams, MD of Shiply, says: "It's a competitive industry and I can understand why some of the firms wouldn't budge on price, even for an A-lister. However, it's pleasing to see many hauliers have shown their softer side, offering to help her out for free."
