GRAVE FEARS over the future of British PTE operations if 1 EEC drivers' hours regulations come into force in January hg been expressed by Councillor David Silverman, chairman of Public Transport Committee of the Association of Metropolii Authorities.

Drivers' productivity is likely to be reduced by 20 per cen the regulation which affects all routes of over 50 km comes li force said Councillor Silverman.
