\WITH 23 resolutions on transport VI' tabled for its annual conference, to be held in Scarborough from October 11-15, the Conservative party has chosen to debate one welcoming "the everincreasing determioation " shown in dealing with road problems and urging that even more money should be spent on building roads and solving traffic problems. Among the other resolutions is One from the president of the National Conference of Road Transport Clearing Houses, Mr. W. R. Rees-Davies. M.P.
