MY forecast is that by the time these words appear, Mr. J. B, Mitchell will be m his second day as national chairman of the Road Haulage Association. The selection of a successor to the late Mr. Herbert Crow was due to take place yesterday, Mr. Mitchell, who has been acting as chairman since Mr. Crow's death, was a natural choice.
