Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WAS VERY interested to see the Lorry Driver of the Year Competition featured recently on BBC's television programme "Top Gear", but it did seem to leave some basic questions unanswered.

No one would, for a moment, doubt the ability of lorry drivers to manoeuvre large vehicles with considerable skill but the competition could not assess, nor did it set out to, the two main errors committed by lorry drivers day in and day out all over the country — ie, extremely dangerous lane discipline on motorways, and obstructive parking in towns, while allegedly loading or unloading. I wonder how well even your finalists would have fared had it been possible to test these features of their driving?
