Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A small air conditioner announced by Felvic Industries Ltd is known as the Sanamatic. A powerful fan blows the air through a spiral filter system which removes dust, dirt and smoke particles from the air. Humidification is provided by filling the bottom container with up to eight pints of water. The air evaporates moisture from the water-soaked filter pad inside the container. To purify, deodorize and/or disinfect the ambient air, appropriate liquid additives may be added to the water. One unit will air condition a space up to 3000 Cu ft. It is claimed that no maintenance is required apart from regular changing of the filter every three months or so depending on contamination. Dimensions include a height of 8in, and a diameter of 12in., while the unit weighs 41b. The 40W AC motor operates on 240V.
