A new design of ISO-container twistlock introduced by Rubery Owen-Rockwell is said to require no maintenance or greasing.
It is a retractable design and there are no loose parts needing stowing. Each twistlock weighs 16Ib and the design is more compact than usual. A range of handle types is available to suit particular applications. The integral locking handle is designed to be conspicuous when the unit is unlocked so giving a driver'warning of an insecure container.
