Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A hand cleanser introduced by United Lubricants is made in the form of a golden jelly. It not only contains cleansing agents, antiseptics and bactericides, but also liquid lanolin to assist in retaining the natural skin oils.

Called Carburol Handiclens, the cleanser has an active deodorant to neutralize unpleasant contamination smells. It is available in a wide range of packs from 3;cwt to 7Ib and a nominally priced dispenser unit is available.
