the big freeze-up which severely affected transport in 1962-63, the effect of low temperatures on the operation of petrol and diesel engines is to be discussed by the automobile division of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers at their November meeting.
The meeting. which is informal and at which visitors will be welcome, take-, place at 6p.m. on November 18 in the Institution's headquarters at I Birdcage Walk, London, S.W.1.
