Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IGHT special Foden six-wheeled buses are being supplied to the Lourenco Marques Railways in Portuguese East Africa. The railways already have a large fleet of goods and passenger vehicles and the new buses were ordered through Agenda Geral Lda., the local agents of Fodens, Ltd., Sandbach.

The chassis is a modified version of the standard F.G.6/1.2 goods model, A 10-in, frame replaces the standard 12-in. frame and 11.00 by 20-in tyres are fitted on the four rear wheels. Both rear axles are driven. A Gardner 6LW engine is installed.

Messrs. Massey Bros., Wigan, built the bodywork, which accommodates 47 seated second-class passengers and, in a separate forward compartment, six firstclass passengers.

There is a large railed enclosure on the roof for luggage, and provision is made for towing a trailer carrying additional baggage. Trailer brake equipment is fitted.
