IVALRY betweenWest Hartlepool 1‘ and Hartlepool is having an adverse effect oil 'West Hartlepool Corporation's receipts on the Hartle pool-West Hartlepool route. Since August, when Hartlepool began its own .bus service, West Hartlepool's receipts have been retraced by about half compared with those of last year.
