that the C licence operators who, as reported in The Commercial Motor on October 16, are to appear before the Metropolitan Licensing Authority on November 11 to give reasons why their licence should not he revoked, ar4 J. Miller, Ltd., Chiswick Mall, London, W.4. The company are bakers with over 40 branches throughout London, and a fleet of more than 100 delivery vehicles.
Charges have been made against them on a number of previous occasions for failing to keep proper records and over-working drivers_
