Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON BUSES is changing its bus maintenance procedures and will carry out ['LOSE Of the work in fouryearly major bus overhauls at its garages rather than the Aldenham Works of BusEngineering, its in-house engineering associate.

The move should significantly reduce London Buses' operating costs and help it to be more competitive in tendering for London Regional Transport supported routes.

London Buses will continue to use Aldenham for repaints, accident repairs and other heavy body work, but the workforce will fall by more than 300.

This will be offset partly by the creation of around 100 new engineering jobs at bus garages.

At the same time, LRT is to invest Li million in Aldenham to reorganise its activities.
