Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANassociate members' section is to be formed by .the Road Haulage Association for the benefit of former members whose businesses became nationalized. This was announced at a meeting of former members' held in Newcastle-on-Tyne, at which the northern area chairman, Mr. H. L.

Walker, explained the R.H.A 's denationalization proposals.

Mr. A. Ensoll, in moving a vote of confidence in the R.H.A., said: " Most of us who lost our businesses through acquisition welcome the opportunity. of again renewing our connection with the

" It is gratifying to . bear that the Association has been .working 'for us, even though we were not members, and i. is up to us all to give our support now, by 'becoming associate members, so that when the day arrives we shall be fully prepared."

All those present signified their intention of joining the associate members' section and of re-entering the haulage industry if given the opportunity to de so.
