was on hand to open the refurbished New Hollies Truck Stop, near Cannock, Staffordshire, and treated some of the punters to a game of 501. Bristow said: "I was dying for a big breakfast— I had the mega feast at £5.50— not even I could manage the Belly Buster at £6.
"Last year I was in the jungle for I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and I was dreaming of breakfasts like this then.
"It is far better than Rosemary Shrager's cooking in the jungle — and she was a celebrity chef."
New Hollies Truck Stop is owned by Fred Done (left), who is also the co-owner of bookies BetFred. He said he was looking to open a further 50 truckstops across the UK.
"We aim to give people good service, good surroundings and good value and the money usually follows from there," he said.
