a site in Fazakerley Close, Blackburn, subject to conditions: • no maintenance of the authorised vehicle shall take place at the operating centre; • no more than one goods vehicle shall be authorised at the operating centre. This will not exceed 7.5-tonne gross plated weight and the wheelbase must not exceed 4.75m; • the authorised vehicle shall be parked within the curtilage of the operating centre when not in use. It will not be parked, loaded or unloaded on the road or footpath at Fazakerley Close at any time; • the authorised vehicle must reverse into the operating centre and exit in forward gear at all times; • there shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of the authorised vehicle before 8am or after 6pm Monday to Friday, with no operation, movement, loading or unloading on Saturday or Sunday.
