Fiat Ducato Turbo (CM 16 May 1987) you referred to the Volkswagen LT35E as having payload of 1,492kg, giving the Fiat an 180kg advantage over the Volkswagen.
In fact the diesel and turbo diesel Volkswagen LT35E long wheel base high roof panel van has a payload of 1,625kg giving the Fiat an almost negligible 55kg advantage. With the short wheelbase, the diesel and turbo diesel LT35E high-roof panel van has a payload of 1,705kg, giving the Volkswagen a 25kg advantage over the Fiat.
