Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The old coaching name of Sheffield United Tours has been revived. SUT was well known as a coach operator in the South Yorkshire area, before being swallowed into one of the NBC subsidiaries, National Travel East, which was itself recently sold off to ATL holdings, parent company of Carlton PSV and Yelloway.

Now SUT, billed as "Sheffield's newest bus company", has introduced its first service from the main bus station to the Norfolk Park area of the city. The route is operated by secondhand Leyland Nationals (formerly run by Northern General and Midland Red) liveried in pale cream and dark red.

During the first two weeks SUT passengers enjoyed free travel as an incentive. There is now a 30p rush hour flat fare, reduced to 20p at other times.
