Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ERF, Britain's only independent manufacturer of heavy gooc vehicles, is stepping up its recently introduced parts deal designe to keep costs to the customer to a minimum.

The parts deal was launched late in 1980, when a list of net trac prices for 280 of the fastest-moving and most competitive parts including clutches, filters, bearings, exhaust systems and oil seals was drawn up and sent to distributors for circulation to ER operators.

ERF assigns just one basic price to parts, avoiding the compliatio of discount arrangements.

Stock parts are sent out every two weeks by ERF's nationwic 'bus-stop' delivery run, and VOR parts are available from each ER distributor and from the company's Middlewich Centre by a semi day service.
