Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FEEL, as must many others, thoroughly frustrated and savage at the way Parliamentary procedure in connection with the Transphrt Bill has been reduced to pantomimic Reichstag farce in true Hitlerite fashion. The result of forcing a wicked and, probably, disastrous Bill through Parliament will be chaos and a severe loss to the country.

The Conservatives say that they will reverse the process if and when they be returned to power. This is good news, but the trouble that will ensue before such a desirable change can occur will be difficult to cure.

I feel that, taking into consideration the unconstitutional and totalitarian way in which this matter has been treated, the industry has a right to take drastic action to forestall the completion of the process and the ruining of so many good men.

If all the industry got together and made a decision to refuse to accept this intolerable legislation and to go on working as usual, what would happen? There is no .force in the country which could tackle such a situation, and a situation of this nature might bring these fanatical ideologists to their senses. It is only a matter of getting together, but, unfortunately, this unity has, until recently, not been one of the virtues of the industry. I refuse, however, to believe that the battle has yet been lost.
