BECAUSE Bra.dford Corporation's proposals to increase fares on its passenger transport system are alleged to be " unfairly discriminatory," Shipley Urban District Council is to mate representations to the Ministry of Transport. The chairman of the council's finance committee said that under the agreement that permits Bradford Corporation to run trolleybuses through the township, Shipley was liable to participate in all-round increases in fares, but the present proposals were selective.
