Innovate Logistics, headed by Pete Osborne, has formed a joint venture with Icelandic shipping and logistics group Eimskip, part of Avion Group, a £586m company, which will take a 50% stake in Innovate Group. This follows Innovate's recent acquisition of Grampian Country Transport for an undisclosed sum.
