• Brewery distribution will change if the Government's plan to force the "big six" brewers to sell 22,000 of their 34,000 pubs goes ahead, says Paul Carvell, divisional general manager (sales and marketing) for TNT Contract Services. He says: "It will be an important milestone for brewery distribution if this goes ahead.
"Major breweries and regional brewers such as Boddingtons will have to compete on distribution as well as price and quality."
