Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Commercial Motor and Castrol are offering one lucky reader the chance to prepare for the challenge of 1992 with a free fact-finding trip to the Continent. By entering our Dynamax 1992 Assignment competition you could have the opportunity to quiz up to three industry or government figures of your choice.

• Just tell us in 300 words who you would like to meet in Europe's road transport industry and why. They might be a haulier from Hamburg, a transport manager from Marseilles or a legislator from Luxembourg. Tell us what countries interest you, what questions you would ask and what aspects of European markets or legislation you would hope to explore.

The winner will be the entrant whose submission the judges feel will provide the most interesting article for Commercial Motor. He or she will be accompanied on the trip by a CM journalist and his/her findings will be the basis of an article for publication later this year. Castrol has a key interest in 1992, operating as it does in all European countries. It offers hauliers lubricants designed to reduce and contain operating costs by maximising fuel efficiency and engine reliability over long distances. Extended international journeys will form an increasing part of the haulier's work after 1992. Castro! Dynamax is a cornerstone of the company's engine efficiency approach to commercial vehicle lubrication.

LI Please type your entry double-spaced on A4 paper. Use one side only and put your name on every sheet. Employees of Reed Business Publishing, Castrol (UK) and Kingsway Rowland may not take part. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
