Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRITISH Car Auctions has contracted out its transport operations to Abbey Hill.

As of last week all BCA's vehicle collection and delivery work is done by Yeovil-based Abbey Hill.

BCA's own 47 transporters have been absorbed into the 300-strong Abbey Hill fleet and the auction group's drivers, transport management and maintenance staff have become Abbey Hill employees.

BCA also this week held its last heavy commercial vehicle auction at the Farnborough site where the group had its origins. Replacing Farnborough is a new auction site at nearby Blackbushe on the one-time Royal Air Force airfield beside the A30.

The first heavy commercial vehicle sale at Blackbushe will be on April 23. Light commercial vehicle sales will be transferred from Farnborough to Blackbushe in a few months' time and car auctions will make the move in late 1985/early 1986.
