Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEYLAND will have an eight-vehicle line-up at this year's RHA Tipping Convention and Exhibition, covering its complete range.

The Marathon 2 will attract most interest, as this will be its first showing fitted with the Cummins 290E economy engine. This 14-litre (855cuin) power unit produces 202kW (272bhp) at only 1,900rpm and maximum torque of 1,090Nm (8801bft) at 1,300rpm.

At the other extreme will be the non-hgv Terrier TR 738 plated at 7.5 tonnes, shown here with an Edbro all-steel 2.5cum (3.3cuyd) body and Edbro tipping gear.

Intermediate models will include the 3.32m (10ft 1 lin) wheelbase Boxer BX1235 for operation at 13.17 tonnes gvw. The Super Mastiff will be fitted with the Perkins V8 540 engine, while the Clydesdale, plated at 16.2 tonnes, will be bodied by Mackvvorth.

The Reiver, like the Mastiff, is plated for 24 tonnes but will be powered by Leyland's own 410 six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. The Leyland Bison is still reputed to be one of the best-selling six-wheelers on the market and will be shown fitted with the new Leyland TL11A engine and a George Neville all-alloy 14cum (18.5cuyd) capacity body.
