KL has tackled the problem of sun-visor movement on CV caused by vibration.
A locking plate and twin tensioning screws hold its latest visor in position. The tensioning screws are factory set though the customer may change the setting if he requires.
Visor design includes a triangular hinged plate mounted on a base bracket attached to the cab.
