Maximum security locks suitable for most types of doors and gates other than domestic or light commercial ones are marketed by IXP, The Ellis HD series one-lock has two types of key mechanism, though certain locks may be fitted with three, each with a different combination. Both key types are difficult to copy and are not sold to the general public. Further, no key-making machines can be purchased. Each lock mechanism may be replaced without removing the lock fitting.
The range also includes devices for locking gearing or operating controls in any position.
