to obtain compensation for loss of revenue without recourse to the courts though you might consider approaching the dealer concerned first with a view to obtaining an amicable settlement. If this approach is resisted them you would have no alternative but to put the matter in the hands of your solicitor if you wish to take the matter further. This could prove expensive, however, and it would perhaps be uneconomical even if your action was successful.
