Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A £100,000 truckstop in north Wales has been given the go-ahead, offering facilities for 70 trucks in a high haulage traffic area.

Last Wednesday, Flintshire County Council’s planning committee finally approved plans submitted by the garden supplies company Dandy’s Landscape Supplies Centre for a secure lorry park on the Deeside Industrial Park. The facility will include toilets, showers and a 24-hour canteen (CM 3 February). Dandy’s says the proposed site is well positioned to cater for HGVs heading to Ireland via the port of Holyhead along the A55 and A550. The firm believes there is a strong demand for secure truck parking on the industrial estate, and that the need is also acknowledged by North Wales police. In a report earlier this year, planning officers told councillors that the plans would not be “unduly detrimental” to highway safety, due to the commercial nature of the area, and intense haulage activity.
