● On 29 July, a PI will consider a new application from Largs, North Ayrshire-based Gladys Allan trading as Adam Allan Plant Hire.
● SDS Logistics, based in Bonnybridge, will attend a public inquiry on 23 August, at which a new application from the company will be considered.
Leeds
● Grimsby-based Environmental Expressions Skip Hire will attend an inquiry on 7 July, at which disciplinary action will be considered.
● An objection received against a variation application from Euroline Transport, based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, will be considered at a PI on 11 July. The TC will also consider disciplinary action.
● A public inquiry to be held on 25 July will look at a variation application from Richard Harry Peart, trading as Hali Trans and based in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. The TC will also consider disciplinary action as well as the repute of the transport manager.
