The six-cylinder diesel drives through a twinplate clutch and ZF 16S-151 16-speed synchromesh gearbox. Options include ZF's integrated retarder, lntarder, and several PTO configurations.

The SHIP tractor has Hino's 295hp (220kW) PO9C-TA with single dry-plate clutch and Eaton TS 12612A 12-speed Twin Splitter box.

Both of the new models have rear air suspension.
