Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• London Buses subsidiary London Coaches, is now based at the Wandsworth Garage next to Wandsworth Bridge. London Coaches has increased its activity and is taking on a commuter contract to replace the now defunct Bexleyheath Transport. The fleet serving the new route includes an East Lanes Olympian double-decker coach, a single-deck Daf by Duple and a Routemaster. All of the vehicles are used on services from north-west Kent, south-east London and central London. They are based at Kentish Bus's Dartford Garage. Shown here is a representative selection of the main fleet which includes a Mark 1 Leyland National used for the company's Japanese school contract.
