Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANCHORPAC of Amersham, Bucks, has just secured two orders for its redesigned automatic front-loading vehiclemounted mobile waste compaction machine for operation in France.

Fitted here to a 6x4 Berliet GRH 230 chassis cab equipped with self-levelling arms it is claimed to offer a lifting capacity of 3.6 tonnes, greater than any other similar machine on the market.

Without moving from the cab of the vehicle, the driver can pick up and discharge the contents of many filled bins through an angle of 170 de grees into a hopper which opens simultaneously as the arms lift.

The first of the two vehicles will be employed full time in the Marche d'Interet national fruit and vegetable market in Marseilles where it will handle up to 32 5.5cum (7.1cuyd) bins, equivalent to 190cum (248cuyd) of loose refuse for a full load.
